Clinical Care Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Care Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals in their daily tasks and providing essential care to patients. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals in performing diagnostics, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, collect and document data accurately.
• Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
• Assist with patient admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
• Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
