Language Interpreter Russian/Ukrainian/ Sales / Administrative Assistants
JOB OVERVIEW
Assistant needed for fast-paced office. You will work closely with the CEO and other company executives.
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Staff in this category also may have the title of department assistant, coordinator or associate.
Requirements: well speak Russian/Ukrainian language , minimum of at least three years experience in a detailed-oriented position requiring organization of various moving parts , preferably in a start up or fast moving company; a high energy level and good sense of fun; ability to handle stress well; and a personnel schedule to allow you to work (often required) outside regular business hours.

How to tell if you re NOT a good fit for this job
- You can t stay late to get the job done when needed. (Royal Foam Company Ideally work will get done during normal business hours but during the first year we will have some late nights. We try to balance this with comp days off or leaving early on slower days)

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range - $50,000-$80,000 dependent on experience.
