Seeking part-time nanny for energetic twin toddlers

Hi! We have 15 month twins and a five year old who goes to preschool. We are looking into part time nanny assistance W- F and occasionally on weekend evenings. During the week days, we are just seeking a nanny for the toddler twins and when our older son gets home from school.
Watch kids, change diapers, prep meals and feed them. Light household work such as dishes and kids laundry.
Our daughter (one of the twins) has had a history of seizures (not convulsive) but has been well controlled on medicines. Would need someone comfortable in alerting parents and/or giving the rescue medication if the need ever came up. Otherwise she is healthy and a typical silly 1 year old! Both mom and dad work from home, occasionally needing to go into office or run errand.

Hours can be flexible but thinking 8 - 5 as a starting point.
