Schedule Weekly Hours : 40 Bellin Gundersen Health System isseeking to add an Analytics Manager to our growing team! As an AnalyticsManager you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuringquality, and guiding product development that creates actionableinsights to support decision-making across the organization.
The idealcandidate will have a strong background in analytics, experience workingwith Agile teams, and a proven track record of mentoring and developinghigh-performing team members.
What's Available : Full time, 1.0 FTEMonday-Friday core business hours with off-hour support as needed Remotework options available for residents of WI, MN, or IA only What You'llNeed : Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g., statistics,mathematics, computer science) required; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or data science, with atleast 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong analyticalskills with expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, andpredictive modeling. Experience working with Agile methodologies andcross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully deliveringanalytics projects and driving business impact. Excellent communicationand presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicatecomplex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Partnerwith stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements andtranslate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
WhatYou'll Do : Lead a team of analysts in designing, developing, andimplementing analytical solutions to address business challenges andopportunities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helpingthem grow their skills and capabilities. Drive innovation by exploringnew analytics techniques, tools, and technologies to improve healthcaredelivery and patient outcomes.
Develop and maintain relationships withinternal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaborationon analytics initiatives.
Build trusted partnerships throughout theorganization at all levels to ensure measurement efforts drive smarteraction. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-drivendecision-making within the organization.
Empower, encourage, educate, andfacilitate teams toward the achievement of strategic goals. Tell theEnterprise Analytics Value Story internally (Leadership Committees) andexternally (presentations & Forums).
