Building Maintenance Specialist

Lee Company is hiring for Building Maintenance Specialist

The role is primarily concerned with maintaining and fixing all aspects of a client's facility, such as buildings, equipment, and property. As a maintenance technician, you will be tasked with carrying out assignments relating to installation, repair, alteration, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and basic carpentry. These duties would be carried out for multiple locations within the facility's specific geographic area or establishment, providing both preventative and corrective maintenance services.

Education and Experience:

• Applicants possessing a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification are esteemed
